You will be able to choose your surgical specialty, gain insights and learn skills from senior surgeons. HMO Teaching Series: USS IVC Access + Fascia Iliacal Block
St Vincent’s PreSET Teaching is on every Wednesday from 6-7pm, in person for those of you at St Vincent’s, and via Microsoft teams (where possible) for those on secondment. Those that can attend in person are catered for with a free dinner!
This session of Pre-SET Teaching will be a practical ultrasound session run in conjunction with the department of anaesthetics on USS guided IVC access and fascia iliaca block. The session will start with a short lecture, and then you will get some hands on experience with the ultrasound machine to learn these skills.

GSSE Education Program 2023
